100% New Zealand, Central Otago, Alexandra, Bannockburn & Bendigo. Description: Fruit from a trio of Central Otago most esteemed regions was harvested at peak condition. An eight-day cold-soak was followed by fermentation on indigenous yeasts, plunged once daily, then eight days post-ferment to capture soft, supple tannins. The wine was then pressed; 15 percent to used French oak barrels, with 100 percent malolactic through September and October 2022.
